Identity for Open-Air Cinema
06/2024Lead Brand Designer, Art Director
One of the main goals in developing this brand identity was to shift away from the playful, childlike visual style seen in previous A101 Learnity projects and move toward a more mature, refined aesthetic. To support this transition, I introduced a darker, deeper color palette as the core visual element. This not only set the campaign apart from earlier initiatives but also resulted in record engagement with our outdoor media — including banners, posters, and temporary installations.
For the headline typography, I selected Nauryz by RedKeds — a font that had recently gone viral on social media and was likely already familiar to our audience. As a secondary typeface, I continued using Loos var — a custom font family from CSTM Fonts that has become a key part of the A101 Learnity visual language. Its consistency helped maintain brand recognition across different touchpoints while allowing room for expressive design choices.
